Ratan Kumar

Ratan Kumar (born 10 May 1996), in an Pakistani born Film Director, His father was a Dispenser in govt. hospital. From a young age, Raj was very interested in Filmmaking. He lived and grew in Kario Ghanwar (village) just normal as others, He was very curious about Science since his childhood, Also has very well knowledge about computer software and hardware. His father died when he was just in 9th Standard, He received his education from various places, he completed his school education in 2011 from his village (Kario), then he shifted to Regional area Hyderabad for College education in 2011, during his college education he also worked as part-time labor at a textile factory to continue his education, after completing his work he used to live in factory because he wasn't able to afford a hostel room but from factory he could earn enough money to afford decent two-time meal, he wasn't even able to afford a cup of tea from his wage, so in order to stay there in factory he used to wash cloths of other workers, he also did so much work to continue his education and due to a lot of work's burden he became weak and wasn't able to do multi-tasks so he was fired from the factory job and after that due to lack of money he couldn't complete his college education and he came back to his village (Kario) after one and half years, then he started working as labor at a gas and oil company, After some time he started managing his family business and became a local contractor in a company named "United Energy Pakistan" and he had his own business. Then he has started to work on his dream to become a filmmaker, he Produced under the name of his Production House "GM Films" ,Directed & Written his first ever short film "Quantact" in 2019.
