Katery

Katery is a mexican actress, dancer, singer and director who began her professional career at the age of 14 acting on tv commercials. Her interest in film, acting and directing led her to study the Acting Career at CasAzul at the same time as the Bachelor of Media & Communication Sciences at La Salle University graduating with honors. She is currently in Los Angeles, CA studying with Lesly Kahn. Also she had the opportunity to study with great teachers such as Luis Mandoki, Fernando Piernas, Teresina Bueno, Viridiana Olvera and Rodolfo Obregón, topics such as directing, screenwriting and acting. Since childhood she began her professional preparation as a dancer and singer in several academies such as IVT and with Mandú Zavala from SACM (singing), Justdance and Blackstudio (dance), she also practiced gymnastics for 7 years. She has also practiced other sports such as swimming, cycling, volleyball, crossfit and muay thai. In the musical part, she knows how to play the drums and the ukulele and is learning to play the piano. As a filmmaker, she has written, directed and edited music videos, digital commercials and short films with world-wide recognized producers such as Aca Films, The Lift, Camaleon, Catatonia and Whiskey Films and as an editor she has worked continuously with the world-renowned advertising agency, McCann. As a curious fact, she knows how to fly drones.
