Born in Toronto, Ontario with a strong desire to perform, Heather Walters currently calls Vancouver, B.C. home. She began dance instruction at a young age and gravitated to cheerleading in high school, going on to choreograph routines and to compete internationally for several years. Studying in French immersion classes in school, Heather speaks both of Canada's two official languages. Her passion for acting drew her to roles in high school theatre and then to the Acting for Film and Television program at the Vancouver Film School. Since earning her Diploma, Heather has been honing her craft performing in various independent films, commercials, and theatre. Her look is often compared to a young Uma Thurman and she is in collaboration with other industry professionals to develop her own short film, although the plot does not feature an exquisite Japanese sword.
