Michael A. Woodley (of Menie, Younger) is a British ecologist and intelligence researcher. He is the eldest son of Caroline Cuthbertson and Michael Woodley of Menie, 28th Baron of Menie. He is primarily known for his research on secular trends in human intelligence. Woodley first gained serious attention after authoring a paper which reported a decline of about 1.16 IQ points per decade since the Victorian era of Britain. The study itself was inspired by the insight of the retired British medical doctor Bruce Charlton.
