Kishor Laxmi Hambirrao Londhe (born 26 April 1990) is an Indian film director, writer and actor known for his works in Marathi cinema. He is the recipient of several accolades, including a Best Short Film -LSISFF EUROPE, and Various indian awards.
After Completing His MBA he is willing to be a film director , and made his directorial debut with first short filmGhan, which is really appreciated in various international and national film festivals . He then went on to direct Aazad (2015), a film based on the intolerance , its very sensible movie thats why kishor won the hearts of audiences and won various awards for it, its huge succes of the short film. kishor's followup, [Janmajaat]] (2018) short film is based on superstition and discrimination this short film is hugely appreciated by us ,Africa,UK, Russia based short film festivals. His next short film is [[the captivity] (2018), is based on freedom of speech and got best short film award in Europe its really big achievement of kishor.[2]

Kishor Londhe grew up in Venegaon village in the Solapur district of Maharashtra.[3] He was married with Ankita Deshmukh-Londhe in 2017,Ankita Deshmukh Is well Kn own Designer In Marathi Fashion World, He earned his M.B.A. in Marketing from Mitcon Institute Of Management Pune.

Kishor's second short film, Aazad , it deals with caste discrimination and intolerance , a practice still widespread in parts of India. Kishor's 3rd short film Janmajaat is based on superstition and gender discrimination.
