BK Klev, the owner of Prison Break Tattoos, has dedicated the last twenty six years of his life to serving the citizens of Houston, Texas, employed with the Houston Police Department. During his twenty six years with the City of Houston, BK has been assigned to numerous divisions and positions throughout the police department, each teaching him new skills and defining who he is today. During this time, BK was promoted to Sergeant of Police. BK is of the mindset that with hard work and perseverance, anything is possible.
Growing up, BK spent years participating in the arts. After graduating from the Houston High School for the Performing and Visual Arts with a Major in Theatre and Visual Arts, BK went on to Southwest Texas State University where all aspects of art were his passion. BK performed, directed and created amazing works of art, enhancing and refining his skills along the way. BK's passion for art and willingness to learn allowed him the opportunity to spend years around tattoo studios and with brilliant tattoo artists whose amazing work and training gave BK the ability to visually master the details and visual effects needed for mind blowing body art. Also during this time, Law Enforcement became BK's second passion and a stable career resulting in his twenty seven year career in Law Enforcement beginning in Hays County, Texas, and then with the Houston Police Department. BK's zeal for law enforcement, combined with his ingenuity and vision in the world of art, brought forth Prison Break Tattoos.
