Danilo Mantovani

Danilo Mantovani is a Brazilian cinematographer and film director. He graduated in photography at Senac and, since 2000, has been working in the film industry. Danilo worked in advertising and film companies such as Conspiração Films, FLAGCX - The Kumite and Spanda. He was a founding partner of the film companies Mirada and a_dupla, in which, alongside Guga Ferri, created a relevant work in digital media. He was considered by Proxxima Magazine one of the most innovative professionals in the digital market in 2015 and was awarded the Wave and One Show Festivals through the digital campaign "Absolut - Write with the Light". In 2017 Danilo Mantovani directed and photographed his first feature film, the documentary "Lions from Paraisópolis, Rugby that comes from the slums ", an ESPN and Spanda Films co-production. Since 2017 he is collaborating in TV Series and documentaries as cinematographer, and also producing his own films and special projects alongside Mari Rossi, signing as DMMR.
