Doug Rawdon ("S'ids Lake," "Honey and Wine") began writing fiction in 1990 while holding down a full-time career as a Software Developer. His knowledge of the technology sector have been incorporated into many of his stories. Around the turn of the century, Doug met actor, screenwriter and filmmaker, Ryan R. Williams ("Nowhere Fast," "Abbey Singer") and together they adapted Larry Cousin's and Doug's action novel, "Seven Cities of Gold" into a screenplay now titled, "Nick Hunter and the Cities of Cibola."
Recently, Doug was hired as a writer for "The World Wonders" a historical fiction, WWII television series (Dragon Slayer Entertainment). Doug also works with Atlanta-based Breezy Films as an Associate Producer/writer on a crime drama series, "The Mongoose Theory." Both series are in development phase.
