Thomas Dj Rizz Locklayer Jr.

Thomas "DJ Rizz Jr" Locklayer is a music producer/engineer/Hip Hop artist and singer born in the Philippines who legally immigrated to the United States when he was 3 years old. His father, an African American US born citizen who served in the military and fought in the Vietnam war was raised in Hillsboro Alabama. His mother is Filipino. Although growing up in Hampton Virginia, Thomas "DJ Rizz Jr" spent most of his early years with family in Hillsboro. He attended is first year of higher education at a local college in Norfolk VA, later transferred to Hawaii then finally completed undergrad school in Kentucky.
