Francis Baraan IV

Francis Baraan IV (born Francis Martin Beltran Baraan on December 5, 1982 in Dagupan City), or Frank Baraan, is a Filipino human rights advocate, social media activist, political blogger, entrepreneur, hotelier, and influencer. He is the General Manager and owner of Sirom Beach House, an upscale beach resort in Dasol, Pangasinan's Tambobong White Beach. He is the eldest son of former Philippine Justice Undersecretary Francisco Baraan III and Mrs. Felicidad Villarda Beltran-Baraan, and comes from the prominent Baraan family of Pangasinan. Francis Baraan IV is one the most widely quoted and most well-known human rights activists in the Philippines. He is known for his fearless criticisms of the Duterte administration and Duterte's political allies.
