Alexis Megan Green was born in Philadelphia, on November 2, 1987, to Rita Young and Rex Green. She began taking theater classes at The American Conservatory Theater located in San Francisco in Middle School. While attending Irvington High School, a magnet high school for the performing arts, she played a Royal Citizen in The Wizard of Oz Directed by Linda Jackson. She also played Ophelia in Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead Written by Tom Stoppard and Directed by Courtney Shropshire.
After winning numerous awards at the International Modeling and Talent Association, she signed with Hines and Hunt Management company and The House of Representatives agency.
In 2005, she was accepted into the University of California Los Angeles, Theater Film and Television Department as an Acting Major. She withdrew in 2006.
Continuing her education in theater she joined Pan Theater, an improvisation school, in Oakland, CA. Following Pan Theater she became an original member of The Magic Jester Theater Company's improvisation troupe Unlikely Animals taught by Mike Davenport located in Berkeley, CA.
After taking improv classes for many years she auditioned for Kamikaze Theory, The Asian American Theater Company's sketch comedy troupe directed by Elaine Chu. After switching hands to director Julius Cheng and Producer Yue Tu she became a cast member for KT Comedy alongside: Brian Manaois, Janelle Jovellanos, Allen Chang, Therese Wong, Will Dao, Yue Tu, Julius Cheng, Chris Cardenas, Paige Weber and Maikiko James.
With KT Comedy, Alexis participated in two SFSketchfest's and appeared as herself in KTComedy's short film Sketch in the City Episode 1 (2010) directed by Julius Cheng and Yue Tu. Cinematographer: Huy Vu. Opposite Janelle Jovellanos.
Taking a turn into the Art World Alexis moved to LA in 2012. Shortly after she joined forces with fellow cast members, Maikiko James and Elaine Chu from Kamikaze Theory and they created Ladies (2012) the web series. Opposite Brian Sounalath. Ladies was shown at the Westside Comedy WebSeries festival.
In 2013, She played a Waitress in Darren Kwan's short produced by Right Elements Production featuring Korazon Honda.
Alexis took a hiatus from acting to go back to school and work at her Mom's art school.
Alexis continues her career in acting performing at the NYE showcase with Plethos Productions (2018) in Castro Valley, CA.
