Shayan Sobhian

Shayan Sobhian is best known for playing Behrad Tarazi on DC's Legends of Tomorrow. After receiving his BFA from the SUNY Purchase Acting Conservatory, Sobhian was cast in the off-off Broadway premiere of "Lost and Guided." Shortly thereafter, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film and television. It was there he was cast in the Lifetime movie "Killer Caregiver," the hit biblical web-series "The Chosen," and "DC's Legends of Tomorrow." Sobhian also stars in "Does Bigfoot Dream of Flowers?," a short film he wrote and produced with his best friend and filmmaker, Max Mooney. Sobhian is an accomplished singer/musician who plays a variety of instruments including guitar, bass, piano, dulcimer and the shruti box. In December 2020, he released his first single "I Fall To Pieces (Without Falling Apart)" on streaming platforms. Shayan lives with his wife Sally & their cat Hazel in Massachusetts/wherever life takes them.
