Luis "Tony Bizz" Serrano is film director, producer, editor & audio engineer. Luis was born & raised in Bronx, New York & lives in Rhode Island. Luis attended elementary school in the Bronx C.S.211 & went to Central High school in Providence RI, Luis self taught himself the basics of recording audio & video & in time became known locally for his style of creativity he created. Luis has been a film maker & audio engineer for over 13 years. He is working on a non-profit fan film based on the Child's Play character Chucky,
