Kelly Petronis

Kelly was born in Dallas, TX and moved to Georgia when he was 2 years old. After college, he pursued poetry in his spare time, organized a poetry reading with Will Stanier called Dude, Where's My Poetry?, and published a journal called LiGHT/WATER. Eventually he tried out his luck in comedy, which shares many similarities to poetry. He is director of the Flying Squid comedy theater in Athens, GA, which grew out of a backyard comedy show called Krakin Jokes. He lives with his dog, Toad.
