Dave Meggyesy

Dave Meggyesy played football for 7 seasons with the St. Louis Cardinals. He wrote his best-selling memoir "Out of Their League" and was an advocate for civil rights and was against the war in Vietnam. After football, he taught at Stanford University, including Sports Consciousness and Social Change, and The Athlete and Society.
