The Peers (2019)

Masato Takahashi is a young doctor, who works at a university hospital. His father Keizo, who is also a doctor and runs a clinic, collapses. Masato quits his job at the university hospital and returns to his hometown to take over his father's clinic. According to Keizo's wishes, Masato begins to visit patients' home and treats them. Masato is interested in advanced medical research and doesn't have any enthusiasm over dealing with local patients. He changes after meeting the families of patients.
