The life and work of Congressman Ulysses Guimarães is presented in this objective documentary released after the man's tragic death on a helicopter crash in 1992. His trajectory is followed from his early days as a state representante then following his long battle and struggle against the military regime (1964-1985), where he was a vocal opponent and a leader of the masses.
