Brian, a neglectful father in mourning, believes that the neighbor's's dog is the reincarnation of his wife, resulting in the alienation of his already neglected daughter, Lucy. In an attempt to win back her father's love, Lucy pushes her father further away with the extreme measures she takes to gain his attention.
