Darwin in Malibu

Charles Darwin is hanging out in a Malibu beach house observing pelicans when he is unexpectedly visited by two other 19th century luminaries, biologist Thomas Huxley and Bishop Samuel Wilberforce. While Huxley and Wilberforce continue their debate over Evolution, Creationism, and the origin of species, Darwin shares banana shakes with his house guest Sarah, a 20-something surfer girl trying to make sense of her wayward boyfriend, the loss of her unborn child, and the randomness of life and death.
