Arcadia (or: 'The Place Above the Chaos') (2018)

A terminally-ill young man with recurring nightmares is cared for by his slightly-older step brother as they struggle to scrape by. This all changes when the young man has a bright, beautiful, vibrant dream in which he meets the love of his life.
