InstaFAME (2019)

When a nurse's strip tease accidentally kills a 90 year old patient, he becomes a viral star overnight. To capitalize on his new found fame he moves to Los Angeles in hopes of making it big. He's later recruited by a mysterious underground group of viral stars called the "Instafame Society".
