Order to Kill (2018)

Formerly an elite Army ranger, Donny Cluff has left service with a severe PTSD and has subsequently developed a drug addiction. Disgusted by what he had become, Donny decides to battle his addiction the way the Army trained him to - by killing. His target now is his own drug dealer.
