El-Meallemah wa el-Ustaz (1995)

The businessman El-Sakhawi seeks to buy all houses and shops in a demotic quarter where Zainab and Tayel (who came back home after working abroad) are living. They both refuse to sell to El-Sakhawi, so he tries to trick Zainab that he loves her and will marry her.
