The Stay (2018)

An attractive couple, on a business trip, are warmly welcomed by their AirBnb host. An awkward landlord who stays in a trailer outside of the property. While the two might be here on a "business" trip, the host appears to take "pleasure" in their stay. Unbeknownst to them, he's keeping a VERY close eye on things.
