FOIL is an action-thriller about Joanna, a German baroness, and Rachel, a Czech heiress, whose long friendship, forged as champion fencers, is destroyed in the late 30s when Herman Goring decides to murder the Czech girl's Jewish family and confiscate their legendary art collection as the prize of Hitler's new art museum. But Rachel escapes, powerless but bent on revenge on her best friend whom she now regards as her worst enemy. Meanwhile. Joanna's husband, the golden boy right hand of Goring, remains as obsessed with Rachel herself as Goring is with her Rembrandts. The triangle becomes a square when Rachel's boyfriend, the Reich's American lawyer in Berlin, begins a relationship with Joanna in order to rescue the fugitive Rachel, the only person alive who knows where the art treasures are hidden-and as such, the most wanted woman in Europe.
