Green Fig Tree (2019)

As a thunderstorm rages outside, two inseparable friends, the artistic introvert Sam and the fiercely warm Elena, sit by the fire in the midst of a humourous discussion, as the latter recounts a strange incident at a recent house party. But as the conversation develops, personal histories, insecurities and fears come to the fore, as both characters lay themselves emotionally bare, in ways they could have never expected.
