19th Annual: A Place Called Sacramento Film Festival (2018)

This 19th annual film festival from Access Sacramento features 10 original short films all abut "A Place Called Sacramento." The TV presentation features the state show including the complete cable TV premiere of the 10 films, and the 10 writers with their thank you messages and several specialty awards for both performers and technical crew.
