Rumba para Bebo (2013)

"The day that I die, I do not want people crying", the Cuban pianist Bebo Valdés, dead in March 2013, had always said. If we had to remember him, he preferred a concert, party and joy before sadness and serious words. And this is what the Voll-Damm International Jazz Festival of Barcelona (Spain) made with the "Rumba for Bebo" concert, which took place in the BARTS hall in March 2013. A celebration led by Bebo's son, Chucho Valdés, and his band 'Afro-Cuban Messengers'.
