3 To Murder (1999)

A mild-mannered young man named Ronnie unwittingly becomes involved in a dangerous situation when he is befriended by a neighbor from down the road. Unbeknownst to him, his new friend David is a guy with a dangerous background. The potential for violence escalates when Ronnie meets three young women who have moved into a house on the outskirts of town, and have become potential targets for David and his ruthless associates.
