Breakdown (2011)

With an escaped schizophrenic murderer on the loose, Steve is increasingly worried about the hitchhiker he has just picked up. The hitchhiker's strange, blunt and dismissive behavior convinces Steve that he is in fact the escaped murderer. He must now make a decision, kill or be killed?
