Switched (2018)

Nathan Endo and Nick Endo are two Japanese-American teenagers that have never met until both their families received a letter from their birth hospital. The hospital realized they made a mistake 17 years ago which lead to the switched of the boys. Both unlike families must come together and figure out what to do with this revelation.
