There is female full frontal nudity when a middle aged tattooed woman is confronted by another woman with a gun (01:17:55) after a non-consenting sex act. As she stands up her breasts and shaved genitalia are seen for a prolonged period during the tense scene.

Fights involving an axe, guns, knives and a prosthetic limb. Kidnapping. Characters kept chained or tied to fixed objects, handled roughly, confined to a box not much larger than a coffin, and made to vomit and urinate in a bucket. A character is decapitated offscreen. Some blood seen but not graphic injuries.

Strong; fuck is used frequently, shit less often. A character with a skin disease is called a monster.

Characters drink beer socially. One takes tablets to help them sleep.

Protagonists are in peril for around two-thirds of the runtime. Kidnapping, rape, incest, claustrophobia, violence (spontaneous and pre-planned) and murder are all themes.
