The second half of the movie is primarily torture. A man finger tips are removed with nail clippers, his knee is shattered by a child with a baseball bat, he is beaten, shot and suffocated with plastic. Most happens offscreen with only bloody effects shown after.

The f word is used often, as well as the c word (he's British). One screen has a child repeatedly say the f word for effect.

The initial antagonist drinks beer and liquor in the first half of the movie.
