The Curse of the Volcano (2019)

Juliette Gentil, a rural policewoman in Dos d'Âne (Reunion Island), finds herself in charge of an investigation into the death of the only heir to a large geranium plantation. Everything suggests an accident but Juliette soon discovers the meanders of a family eaten by secrets and the weight of ancestors. She must team up with Zac a young police officer freshly transferred from France, who has no experience in the field.
