Tuckrunners (2018)

A Canadian-born White female, a First Nations Mom, and a recently hired Islamic Immigrant refugee mother working for minimum wage in a Saskatchewan Restaurant are pitted against each other by a sleezy old Greek owner who is excessively cheap, fond of flirting with the help and considers vicious competition between his employees as something good for the restaurant, and them. Big time power-shifts happen as the workers find out more about each other, their boss and themselves, leading to struggles for survival and justice that backfire in ways they never considered possible.
