Nearly News (2018)

The new owner at a local TV news station is determined to turn the failing station around despite the frantic goings-on there. His less than stellar crew includes an Anchor and a reporter who were his old college friends but have become estranged rivals as the result of a HUGE live broadcast snafu years earlier. The stations problems escalate when he gets involved with a big-time producer and her foreign investors who have their own ideas about how to cash in.
