About 100 years ago the Russian futurist Velimir Chlebnikov wrote the text "Radio of the Future". In his early vision, the term radio means some kind of transmission and also the content itself. Chlebnikov's radio transmitted artificial smells, nation-wide news, automated doctors, knowledge, education and more. It was more a social and political vision than science fiction. In fact, Velimir Chlebnikov described a global network - like the one we have now. "ROSTA" is part of a series of short videos and performances that seek to develop Chlebnikov's texts on several artistic levels.
