The film documents the camp The Art of Deinstitutionalisation that was organized in the spring of 2017 at the castle Cmurek at Trate that gave a voice to the residents of mental health institutions. For a week they were not patients but artists. Through heartfelt moments the film gives an inside look into who these »mental patients« actually are and introduces the movement Deinstitutionalisation.
