Freja and Albert live together, love each other and secretly have sex. She is a teacher at a local school and he is an apprentice with a carpenter. There are 21 years between them. The close-knit community of Rømø asks questions while her biological clock is ticking, and the homeschooled Albert has difficulty communicating with his peers.
