A few closeup sex scenes are seen in flashback with upper female nudity.

Plot involves violence against women. Young woman is drugged, bound and transported over US/Mexican border for sex trafficking to an older East Indian man.

A number of gun deaths, many showing bloody clothes, blood splatter etc. Two murders involve knives or machetes; the machete death is particularly gory. One death is ambiguous; a woman is shown running and then laying prone on the ground before being buried.

A woman is unknowingly drugged after smoking some marijuana mixed with a crushed pill. She later is forcefed some food mixed with another pill. A prostitute is shown shooting up with presumably heroin or crack cocaine.

The story builds in intensity as the kidnapper takes his female hostage closer to their destination, traveling from the beach in Venice, California to Mexico.
