Chances (2018)

Joe is out with his friend Martin when his friend gets a text, Martin's friend Claire is in town and she's brought her friend Eliza. Martin goes out to collect the girls while Joe waits by at a storage facility. He falls asleep and has a crazy dream of running into people who are infected, others who are not who they say they are and gets help.
