After experiencing a tragic loss, Rose - a high student - finds herself struggling to cope. One day, dreading facing her classmates, Rose skips school and finds herself wondering her favorite shop. In the shop, Rose runs into another student - a boy named Bowie - who is determined to be her friend. Finally, Rose gives in and finds she is not as alone as she feels.
