Disjointed

It's 2025. LA's growing homeless problem has been condensed and contained in Skidrow, now called Tent City. Ted Balthazar a young LAPD officer who is part of a surveillance drone team loses control of his drone. It falls in the Go/no go Zone at the heart of Tent City. He sneaks in to track down his lost drone to learn about the truth of the situation.
