One scene shows a young sleeping boy surrounded by other children and a woman. His shirt is pulled up and they pull down his underwear, exposing his fully erect penis. The children take turns touching and playing with his penis. He wakes up and starts pulling up his shorts but one of the children stops him and continues playing with his penis. He finally gets up and covers up. The image quality is very poor and makes details hard to see but it is still quite graphic.
