A heartbroken woman (Alex Gonzaga) who is unable to get past the pain of her ex-boyfriend (Vin Abrenica), decides to visit a doctor (Candy Pangilinan) that specialized in operating on patients desperate to forget the history of the Philippines and does not recognize Jose Rizal as a hero and claiming Martial Law does not exist. She went crazy after knowing all the facts.
