Mr Shoemaker (2016)

Fictionalized account of actual events of a mob shoemaker. In this case, the term "shoemaker" refers to a person hired to help get rid of stool pigeons, rats, or enemies of the mob, after they've been "taken care of" by mob hit men. The shoemaker would sink the victims feet in cement and then take the remains to remote watery places, where they would never be seen again.
