Pandora's Tape (2016)

In a city blocked off from the rest of the world and hyper sensitized; crime is at an all time low with the majority of crimes being petty. However, a tape begins circling around causing the people to see it go insane. This leads to the first murder in years. Detective Jed Lockhart goes on the case but little does he know that he's being watched.
