Exactly a year ago to the day a terrible and life changing incident occurred. Anna has been struggling to get her life back on track and Steve has been a constant presence in her life ever since. One day after his calls and texts go unanswered he decides to break into her home and discovers Anna in a haggard and distressed state surrounded by filth and junk. Despite her best efforts he figures out what's happening resulting in a lethal and very unstable situation that he desperately tries to subdue.
