Man Out of Time (2018)

Spoilers: Robert has fled a future apocalypse, living comfortably with his knowledge of what will come. But a mysterious wasteland Stranger is hunting him, to prevent his causing a worse catastrophe. Robert spends his day cutting off ties with his wife, boss, mistress, and best friend, leading to a rooftop duel for his future that evening.
