The Elucidation of Dr. Park

Gena Park, an Asian-American academic super-star, is in the final throes of her doctoral program in cancer biology. Driven to succeed, she schedules her defense in time to be eligible for a coveted research position, but hits a crisis of faith after a series of failed experiments and disagreements with her advisor. Gena embarks on a journey to help a student overcome his struggle with depression and in the process rediscovers her joy for science.
